in the very fashionable manner is vital. I am quite happy I'm getting to discuss this appearance with you from an amazing brand new brand I discovered: "Hems & Fitz" established from Naples, Florida. In the first of several outfits I'll be debuting here and in future sites I wanted to incorporate their "Daisy Buchanan Floral romper" and accessorize it my very own sassy way!
What a beautiful background the romper designed to pair a couple of gold and cream vintage accessories with. Along with the mirrored sunglasses include a contemporary "California" twist! I finished the look with raspberry platforms which brought out the colours of this rompers improved & hibiscus design. Notice the lace onto the bottom of the shorts? Too sweet! It's little touches like this that will help keep me coming back into a new. I would love to re-style this to get a night out with possibly a gentle updo, daring lips and strappy platform heels. Or maybe with short brown boots and a "hippie" headband into an outdoor music festival!
This specific romper is still available online PLUS there are so many other fantastic pieces from Hems & Fitz.
Finally! A line of retro clothing which operates in real life! I am delighted to introduce a new brand to my readers who, like me, appreciate the alluring simplicity of this classic Pinup girl. This London based boutique makes every appearance right from head to toe. I will literally see myself in each piece in their collection! Both comprised in professional photoshoots I recently did in Toronto, Canada. These outfits were simply too phenomenal to just feature in actual life!
This sweater is too cute for words. As soon as I found it I knew it would be an ideal backdrop to a solid, classic red lipstick. I truly could not resist. I felt like carrying schoolbooks with it but perhaps that is pushing the envelope.
Next we've got the stunning "Marlene" skirt and matching top. I was so thrilled to find out that these were separates....
You can definitely watch out for a couple more pairings with both of these pieces. I am picturing the shirt with jeans to make it more contemporary and possibly a coloured blouse with an black and white skirt. Maybe matching heels?
I am wearing the skirt and shirt mix collectively in those "Alice in Wonderland" themed photographs. There is something really sweet and lively in the motion of this skirt. The length is also very beautiful and demure. It's a form you truly don't see much of anymore and I think that is a true shame. I love mini skirts and maxi skirts like every other fashionista however this length reveals only enough leg. Not too much that it's overtly hot.
I invite you to store "Voodoo Vixen" by visiting their website to find which design best suits you. Just be ready for all of the compliments you will receive!
